Late arrivals: Arrivals after 11 pm are only possible according to prior agreement.

 

Travel price includes:

• bed linen and towels at your apartment
• one change of towels during a stay of more than 4 nights
• one cleaning of your apartment during a stay of more than 6 nights
• final cleaning of your apartment at the end of your stay
• free of charge internet access

No daily apartment cleaning, no daily towel change!
 

Would you like to receive a daily room cleaning or a daily change of towels?

We offer this service for an additional charge:

Change of towel: 2.50 € per person/day

Cleaning of apartment: 25.00 € per apartment/day

 

Day Use Room

In case of early arrivals or late departures in the evening, it is possible to get a day use room for an additional charge if available.

 

Breakfast

At our cozy restaurant you can start your day with a fresh cup of coffee or tea, crispy buns,
healthy cereals and fresh fruits.

We are serving a hearty breakfast buffet at our nearby restaurant "Gasthaus am Neumarkt".

Daily   7:30am – 10:30am

Breakfast:   12.00€ per person

Breakfast for children aged 6-12:   5.00€

Children up to 5 years old have breakfast free of charge.

 

Underground parking

We are pleased to reserve a parking space for you at our underground parking for 15.00 € per night
(in Aparthotels „Münzgasse”, „Neumarkt”, „Altes Dresden” and Apartments Am Altmarkt) / 20 € per night
(in Aparthotel „Am Schloss”).

 

Chauffeur service

Upon request, we can arrange a private chauffeur service from Dresden airport or from a train station in Dresden. We offer our private chauffeur service free of charge if you stay more than 4 nights in one of our aparthotels.

 

Help regarding booking train connections and flight connections

It is our pleasure to assist you in finding the fastest train connection or most convenient flight connection to Dresden. Please, do not hesitate to contact one of our qualified staff.

 

Health

If necessary, we will be glad to assist you in finding a doctor nearby.

 

Service for firms and groups

No matter whether it is only a day excursion, a sightseeing tour, a walking tour or if you would like to have organised a detailed itinerary, we would be pleased to arrange it for you.

 

Bike rentals

For 10.00 € a day there are bicycles available for rent. There is also the opportunity to put your own bikes in our  bicycle storage room which is free of charge for our guests.

 

Pets

Pets are very welcome at our apartments.

Large dogs 10.00 €

 

Living Well

No matter whether it is only relaxing from a long day or if you would like to work out hard at the gym, the "Living Well" is the perfect location. There you can use the renowned gym  which is located at the Hilton Hotel Dresden at the "Neumarkt". Their inviting wellness area includes a heated indoor pool and an outside hot tub as well as different types of saunas.

Day Ticket: 8.00 € per person and day, only available at the reception
