All the apartments are generally equipped so that you can reside and spend extended periods here. So you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, cooker, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a washing machine, we are happy to provide other things such as irons and ironing board, vacuum, highchair and the like on request if they are not already in your apartment.

Your apartment will be ready for occupancy from 15:00. You can generally arrive up until 19:00. If you want to arrive later than this, please make sure you advise us in advance. Please ensure you have checked out on the day of departure by no later than 11:00. However, you are very welcome to store your baggage at reception until your departure from Dresden.

Breakfast is served for our guests daily between 7:30 and 10:30 at the “Eventroom”.

We also offer a gourmet breakfast between 7:00 and 11:00 at the Restaurant “Moritz” of the Hotel Suitess. Address: An der Frauenkirche 13 (access via Rampische Straße).

If you are staying with us for 4 nights or more, you will receive in the apartment: A towel change after the second night. We will also take out your waste.
If you are staying with us for 6 nights or more, your apartment will be completely cleaned from time to time.
From a stay of 14 nights, our schedule states you will get fresh towels on Tuesdays and the apartment will be cleaned on Fridays.
If you want this service more frequently, this is possible at any time for a charge.

Cleaning: € 25.00

Please note our final cleaning fee of €75.00 for our 3-room apartments/family apartments.

Internet use is available to you free of charge via WLAN. You can obtain the internet connection access data from reception.

If required, you can drop your laundry to the reception for cleaning. If you drop your laundry off by 12:00 midday, it is normally returned by the next day. Alternatively of course, you can use the washing machine in your apartment.

We are pleased to reserve a parking space for you at our underground parking. We would be happy to reserve a parking space for you in our underground car park. The parking spaces are only available to a limited extent. We kindly ask you to make a reservation in advance.

Pets are welcome here if they are house-trained and tame. The surcharge is € 19.00 per animal per night.

Please note that your apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Please note that we reserve the right as per §VIII of the terms and conditions to charge a flat rate sum of € 150.00 for any violations of the smoking ban. We ask for your consideration and thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Due to a cooperation agreement, you can use the gym, sauna, swimming pool and whirlpool in the “LivingWell Health Club” at the Hotel Hilton (Neumarkt, Dresden). The tickets for this are available from reception for a fee.
